7. Refunds and Returns We offer a refund or exchange policy for Products that are defective, damaged, or not as described. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the Product for a return or exchange request. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

8. Cancellations You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
